Cancellation & Refund Policy – TipTop Tours

At TipTop Tours, we strive to offer the best travel experiences in Sharm El Sheikh and across Egypt. However, we understand that travel plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any booking or online payment.

1. General Terms
   • All reservations require full payment online to confirm your booking.
   • After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all booking details and pickup or check-in instructions.
   • By completing your payment, you agree to all terms of this cancellation policy.

1. Excursions & Daily Trips
   • More than 48 hours before the trip: Full refund minus 5% transaction fee.
   • Between 24 and 48 hours before the trip: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
   • Less than 24 hours before the trip or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (no refund).
   • Flight trips (e.g., Cairo by plane, Luxor by plane): cancellations within 72 hours before the trip are non-refundable due to airline policies.

1. Hotel Bookings
   • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund minus 5% transaction fee.
   • Between 3 and 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
   • Less than 72 hours before check-in or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (no refund).
   • In case of early check-out or shortened stay, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
   • Any date modification request is subject to hotel availability and may involve rate differences or additional charges.

1. Cancellation by TipTop Tours
   • In rare situations (such as unsafe weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure), TipTop Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip or hotel booking.
   • Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date without extra charge.

1. Refund Method
   • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
   • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

   • Any change to your booking must be requested in writing via email at least:
   • 48 hours before the trip date for excursions.
   • 7 days before the check-in date for hotel bookings.
   • Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
